I am a second-year PhD student in Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISE) at University of Washington. My research interests lies in improving healthcare deliverable through data-driven solution. Broadly, I work on building data-driven decision-support tools that combine forecasting with optimization, with an eye toward problems in healthcare delivery and health policy. A central goal of my work is making these tools practical to deploy, i.e., models that scale to real operational settings and can actually be adopted by clinics, hospitals, or agencies they are meant to serve. I'm drawn to this space because it combines problems that shape people's everyday lives with technical questions that are genuinely interesting to work through.
My research often integrates algorithmic optimization and machine learning, drawing on methodologies from reinforcement learning, linear and convex optimization, integer programming with decomposition/approximation techniques, stochastic optimization, and predict-then-optimize framework. My current projects span a broad range of applications from the national to the site-specific level, including diabetes screening and treatment policies for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) prevention, and operating room scheduling for pediatric patients.
Prior to joining the PhD program, I obtained my Master of Science in Operations Research (MSOR) from the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2025, where I also served as a Teaching and Research Assistant. I received my Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communication Engineering from the International School of Engineering (ISE) at Chulalongkorn University in 2024 with the Distinction Medal (Summa Cum Laude), and received the Junior Science Talent Project (JSTP) fellowship from Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
In my professional service efforts, I currently serve as Secretary for the INFORMS Student Chapter at the University of Washington, Seattle, for the 2026 academic year.
